Since our launch in January 2007 Certification Solutions International Pty Ltd (CSi) have experienced strong market growth to become one of Australasia’s leading Certification Bodies especially in the growing market for compliance of safety glazing materials to Australian and International standards, utilising our unique, product specific, certification trademark logo the PAS-Mark.

The new service from CSi has assisted a significant number of glazing industry clients to build and improve their business opportunities by the utilisation of a product certification process whereby the manufacturer is required to implement management and production techniques which greatly assist them to effectively monitor and control their manufacturing and administration processes.

The desired outcome is for the manufacturer to maintain their range of safety glazing materials at the highest level of compliance whilst doing so at a market competitive price.

Standardisation of on-going production batch testing and reporting of safety glazing materials has been achieved. For example, clients of CSi manufacturing toughened safety glass are required to batch test their safety glazing products once per hour or on a change of substance, records of batch tests are required to be maintained for ten years.

The relationship between CSi and the client is of utmost importance, therefore CSi ensure clients are serviced by a dedicated Account Manager with relevant industry, product and product/management experience. A number of their teams have been drawn from within the glazing industry locally and internationally, where they operate in a number of countries.
